Quick answer

Cuppaform is a form builder in early access for teams and small businesses. You describe a form in one sentence and it drafts a friendly form that asks one question at a time, adapts to earlier answers, can run as a chat and ends with a small celebration. The demo on this page runs entirely in your browser.

    Build it together, live.

See who's editing which question while you type, with live cursors. No more “who has the latest version?” emails.

Concept illustration: in a shared builder, a teammate called Sam rewrites question 3 while another teammate, Noor, adds a “Nut allergy” option. Sam and Noor are example names.

    3Working demo

    Your own party moment.

Every form ends with a celebration you choose: calm for a contract, confetti for a team dinner. It's applied to the demo's thank-you screen.

    Celebration for the thank-you screen

    Thanks, see you at dinner!

    Questions that listen.

One answer changes the next screen. Pick “An event RSVP” and we ask about dietary needs; pick “Job intake” and we ask about the role.

    How it works

From blank page to first answer in three sips.

    1. 1

      Pour in your questions

Describe your form in a sentence, type questions like a message, or start from a template. Cuppaform turns them into a friendly, one-at-a-time form.

    2. 2

      Make it yours

Add your logo and colours, pick a tone, and preview it on desktop and phone. No dragging boxes around.

    3. 3

      Share and celebrate

Send a link or embed it on your site. Answers go straight to your team's tools, and yes, there's confetti.

    Templates

    Start with a fresh one.

Each template is a sensible starting point. Change any question in a click.

    FAQ

    Good questions, honest answers.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You type your questions, pick a look and share a link. If you can write an email, you can make a Cuppaform.

Can I use my own brand colours and logo?

Yes, that's the plan. Add your logo and Cuppaform suggests matching colours, while keeping text readable and buttons easy to spot.

    Does it work on phones?

Every form is built one question per screen, so it feels natural on a phone, a tablet and a laptop.

What happens to answers in the demo on this page?

Nothing leaves your browser. The demo runs entirely on this page, and refreshing clears it.

Is “describe a form” real AI?

Not on this page. The demo uses a simple rule-based generator that runs in your browser, so you can feel the idea without anything being sent. When the real version uses a language model, we'll say so clearly.

    What does it cost?

Pricing isn't set yet. Join the waitlist and you'll hear first, before anything is final.
